Shipping
We ship most orders within 24-48 hours. Most orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided to your email and available on your order page. Should you require express shipping or need your item to ship with another carrier please contact us before placing your order. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will reach out to you via the phone or email you provided on checkout.
Returns
Was there a problem with your order? We are happy to work with you. If you have any issues or questions about your order please call or email us so we may resolve your problem ASAP.
Refunds
We are here to help if you have any problems that may require a refund. Most custom orders are non -refundable however, should you receive the wrong item or have any issues with any items ordered from us we will be sure to respond and resolve any issue promptly. Should you require a refund it will be processed promptly and sent back via the payment method of your original purchase or you may be issued a store credit.
