 Getting your order to you quickly is important to us! We aim to ship most orders within 24-48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via email (also available on your order page) as most orders are shipped through USPS. If you need faster shipping or prefer a different carrier, simply reach out to us before you complete your purchase. In the rare event of a shipping delay, we'll be sure to contact you using the phone number or email you provided at checkout.

We are here to help if you have any problems that may require a refund. Most custom orders are non -refundable however, should you receive the wrong item or have any issues with any items ordered from us we will be sure to respond and resolve any issue promptly. Should you require a refund it will be processed promptly and sent back via the payment method of your original purchase or you may be issued a store credit.
