SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom, personalised or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES

We ship throughout the United States using USPS. Available shipping services and charges are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, package size and package weight.

The shipping options displayed at checkout may include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, postal delays, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email whenever tracking is available for the selected service.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at floodcityfabrications@gmail.com and include photographs of the product and packaging.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours and your local post office. You may also contact us for assistance.
